Very Hopeful!
Just started with this product. It is a little sweet so I now do not add any sugar. Can't verify any weight loss yet but am faithfully enjoying a cup every morning. Very hopeful that this will work.

If you don't want to drink it, it will not be helpful
This may be a healthy product, but will do you no good if not used. I simply could not tolerate the taste since I do not use anything in my coffee to mask it.

tasted great but never worked in my Kuerig. Every I used it I got a fault notice on the machine (which didn't happen on any other coffee) and it only gave me about 1/4 of a cup and with lots of coffee grinds in it...
