We purchased this to replace the original steamer that came with our sauna, which stopped working pretty quickly and never got very hot. This new one has completely exceeded our expectations!It heats up fast and gets very hot—just the way a sauna should feel. It also has more settings than our previous one, giving us better control over the temperature and steam output. So far, it’s held up great and shows no signs of slowing down.Highly impressed with the performance and build quality, especially for such an affordable price. Great value—definitely recommend!

This thing gets nice and HOT. Takes about 10 min to get up to temp. Dripping sweat in 10 minutes later. Works great. Better than my original steamer for my pop up sauna.

I purchased one of those Amazon portable saunas I enjoyed alot but the steamer was trash. This unit makes it hard to sit in which I like. The remote is useless but makes strong, good steam.

Worked for a few weeks and then the seal for the lid loosened up and started leaking steam out of the top of the unit instead of sending it into the tent which means the tent wouldn't heat up past 80 degrees even after 45min whereas I when I first received the product it heated my tent up to 110 degrees in 15min. It is NOT built to last.

We really enjoy our steam tent. The steamer that came with the tent lasted a bit over a year - and this replacement has been fine now for 4 months. The clean you feel after a 'steam' is wonderful and this steamer added the agility of a tube in the tent - easier to direct the steam into a specific location (sometimes with scented oils).

This unit, the heat, and the steam are working okay. However, the remote control signal is not working from inside the tent. It will work if I stick my hand out of the tent!

Saunas are the best way for me to detox, and I try to do it nearly every morning. I've ordered a lot of sauna steamers off of Amazon. They seem to all be made by the same people, but under a different company name. The quality is not that great. If they do work, when I get them, they only last about 4 months or less. This time, I went with "highest reviewed" as my top criteria. And I'm so glad I found this steamer!The steamer parts are more durable and thicker than usual. It just looks and feels like higher quality and it can get hot and stay consistently hot for more than an hour (I usually don't use it longer that). I'll set it to level 10 for about 30 minutes while I do something else, and then I can just set if for 60 min at level 15 and be just fine.Be sure to use distilled water with sauna steamers. Hard water will gunk it up and not make it last as long.

I received my unit about three months ago and it had been working amazingly. It gets hot super fast and heats up my large one person sauna tent very quickly. After the three months of use it suddenly stopped working. The screen wouldn’t light up and the unit stopped heating up. After chatting with customer service they ended up sending me a new one free of charge. Great customer service and support.
