Great! Medium fit 10" great.
Ordered Medium for 10-10.5 size elbow and it fits very well. I have their knee brace as well, and this one is just as comfortable yet stabilizing. I can wear it all day and even while I sleep if I need to and it doesn't bother me. Keeps the joint warm but I done find it suffocating or cause for sweating. I just really like these braces. Solidly built, stitching is strong. My diet got a hold of my knee brace and put a small hole in it near one of the seams, but a little needle and thead fixed that. If I loose or destroy these I'll order another right away. I want to see them make wrist and ankle braces too.

Excellent For Medial Epicondylitis With Slight Modification
I have chronic medial epicondylitis, pain in my lower forearm, from elbow reconstruction after an encounter between my bicycle and a truck. Last year I bought Ultra Flex's knee compression sleeve for ITB (AKA runner's knee), and it was a great help with my PT. I decided to try their elbow sleeve, but was initially disappointed. There was more pressure on the elbow joint than was comfortable (it has pins in it), and not enough on the inflamed muscle. I'd tried one of the pressure bands sold for tennis and golf elbow problems, but it actually made it feel worse--it was too narrow and irritated the inflamed muscle. It occurred to me to try doubling Ultra Flex's sleeve over, so all the compression was concentrated on medial epicondyle. It worked! The first relief I've had since the surgery. Will include pics, one of the "normal" way to use it, the second doubled up. The latter places it directly under the elbow joint. I wonder if this wouldn't work for tennis and golf elbow also? It's way more comfortable than those narrow Velcro pressure bands.

Works for Me
I bought the large size about 6 months ago for golfer's elbow. I don't recall my measurement, but their size chart was right on. I wear it to work and while I exercise (rowing and lifting weights) and find them comfortable for the most part. It gets a little uncomfortable after a few sets of pullups, curls, or other similar exercises that require the elbow to bend. I find it invaluable on bench and shoulder presses. They offer just the right amount of compression for me. I would buy this again.

Effective knee brace
Initially, this brace was difficult to use. After consulting a video and trying a few methods of applying, the brace is firm and effective. Knee replacement requires this support. Good product. Well made.

Effective Support
Elbow Compression Sleeve Support and Brace by Ultra Flex Athletics for Tendonitis, Arthritis, Tennis, Golf, Basketball, Sports, Weightlifting, Joint Pain Relief, Injury Recovery-Single WrapThis is really helping to heal my elbow. I've had tendonitis for some time now and, due to my weight lifting, it's very hard to heal. I'm wearing this on a daily basis and it does seem to really help. My elbow is feeling better and I hope this will eventually make the difference I've been looking for to get it back the way it should be. The sleeve is well worth the cost.

love these
I love this thing. It gives great support, even during weight training. It doesn't ride or ride up my arm. It pretty much stays put even when it gets wet with perspiration. It is a bit of a pain to hand wash it. I can live with that. You cannot wash it in the washer. It really needs better treatment than that. I have this one and two for both of my knees. I swear by these things. I tell everyone at the gym about them. I am one very satisfied customer. I will order more.

Runs Small
I ordered one of these for myself and my husband. I measured our arms as directed and ordered a Medium for me, a Large for him. Both of us complained that they were too small. I took the Large one for myself and my husband's out of luck. Very nice, non binding. I have one for my knee too and love it. The company was very good at refunding for the sleeve we could not use.

Never even got to use it
Put it on and it had a tag on the inside that was irritating my arm, removed the tag and found out the liner had been sewn through it and it came apart. Bad design to have a tag inside something that is compression. Now its in the trash before I ever made it to the gym.
