Excellent replacement for my broken one
Works petfect and my PC picked it up soon as plugged in. No other adjustments needed software wise it just works straight out the pack.

Needed to replace the serial interface cable, this lead worked just fine!
I've owned an APC BR800i UPS for some while that sat unused for years, until I came across this lead. The original serial lead was mislaid and I'm glad to say this lead was a prefect substitute. With the added benefit of a more modern USB connector. The Powerchute software immediately recognised the UPS and everything appears to be hunky-dory, with the addition of a new pair of sealed lead acid batteries to give my UPS a new lease of life. I cannot stress how important it is to regularly check the charge status of the batteries, by performing a self-test at least once a month. Failing batteries place a high strain on the charging circuit and will cause an 'overload' failure of the device. Conclusion: Worth every penny to once again have the reassurance it's protecting my valuable computer, accessories and sanity.

Acheté pour un APC Back-UPS BR1500G-FR, celui-ci est reconnu directement par PowerChute sans rien avoir à faire, juste en branchant le cable, impeccable !

Not much to say, the cable connects my UPS with my HPE Microserver running Debian and I can read out the metrics I need.
