Help it will not come off, I have tried everything! Warm soapy water, eye makeup remover, toner, you name it!

I use a 50/50 mix of castor oil and olive oil to remove any waterproof mascara. I dab it on my lashes and let it sit for a few minutes, then gently rub the oils to help loosen up the mascara. I then clean and rinse with my regular face cleanser. The castor & olive oil helps to condition your lashes in addition to getting waterproof mascara off.
