⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Cat’s New Favourite!
I wasn't sure what to expect from an Amazon-branded cat food, but I’m honestly impressed — and more importantly, so is my cat! The chicken pâté has a smooth, soft texture that’s easy for her to eat (even with a few missing teeth), and she clears her dish every single time. No sniffing and walking away — just immediate interest and a clean bowl.It doesn’t have a strong or unpleasant smell like some wet foods can, and it actually looks like decent quality. I also appreciate that it comes in easy-to-open tins, with no mess or fuss.Great value for money, especially compared to some of the bigger pet food brands. I love that I can get a good quality, affordable option delivered right to my door. I’ll definitely be buying this again — highly recommended if you’ve got a fussy feline!

Good value no waste pate
Very good sachets 100gm as compared to wet pouches of 85gm which are mainly jelly or gravy based, these pate style have no waste my cat loves them, quite like the Sheba ones. Excellent value for money as well.

Pate grain free food. Similar to Costco cat food.
We have two main coon cats and two rescue cats so we use a lot of cat food. We always feed grain free and had been using Kirkland car food from Costco but they'd had no stock for the last few weeks. This seems exactly the same and is cheaper per kg. It looks almost identical to be honest. Slight difference in flavours, but all four cats eat this with some dried chicken treats crumbled on top. One of the rescue cats is very fussy and she eats it worth aplomb. Seems a good texture and has a decent enough meat content.

Great Value Cat Food – Even for Fussy Cats!
I was a bit hesitant to try the Amazon Cat Food Paté Mixed Pack (previously Lifelong) as my cats are notoriously fussy eaters (entirely my fault!). Initially, they weren’t too sure about it, but I decided to persevere and follow the gradual introduction instructions provided on the packaging.I’m glad I stuck with it because now my cats happily include this in their feeds, and it’s become a regular part of their meals. They seem to enjoy the variety of flavours, and I’ve noticed no issues with digestion or fussing at mealtimes anymore.Pros:• Great Value for Money: A pack of 32 is very cost-effective compared to other brands of similar quality.• Good Quality Ingredients: The paté texture looks appetising, and my cats seem to agree!• Clear Feeding Instructions: The transition advice on the packaging was a big help in getting my fussy eaters on board.Cons:• Initial Adjustment Period: If your cats are as fussy as mine, it might take a little persistence, but it’s worth it.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase, and more importantly, so are my cats! I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for affordable, good-quality cat food.

Cheap and cheerful….stick to tinned food.
A cheap and cheerful cat food that your cat(s) should like. Bought two cases in succession when it was on offer, but I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for it.Yes it has a good selection of flavours, and it smells ok (as far as cat food goes). And yes my cats like it….however, the quality can be rather hit and miss. It’s a nice smooth pate in general, that is easy to dish out….but watch out for the lumps of bone/gristle. These lumps are about a centimetre in diameter, look like an off cut of a little tube, and appear now and then. Usually they are quite soft, but will definitely need chopping up before you feed your precious fur-baby.My two penneth and personal opinion for what it’s worth…….if you want a cheaper way to feed your Cats, stick to tinned food, and preferably own brand products too. Both Asda and Sainsbury’s own tinned cat food is very good quality at a very good price. This way you will be saving money against branded products, and even more when you consider that pound for pound tinned food is around half the cost of pouches or trays. Yes pouches and trays are easy at feeding time, but they usually are only 80-100g each depending on brand/flavour, and tinned food is usually 400g each tin.So buy yourself a plastic tin cover and keep it in the fridge between meals, and your wallet or purse will thank you for it.However, if you want/need an even cheaper way to feed your pooping machine?….get them on dry food. Make sure it’s a “Complete Food” though and not just a “Mixer/Biscuit” variety. And buy it in bulk too if you can and want to save even more?Personally, I buy “Whiskas Complete Tuna & Vegetables” from the “Mars Petcare” shop on eBay. I buy the 14kg sacks and get them delivered free to my door….it saves me a fortune when I have 4 of the little shisters! That and 3 Dogs too, it can cost a pretty penny overall….but they are so worth it ;-)

Good Value, Good Sized-Portions & Loved By The Kitties!
I feed several 'street' cats (Boo Boo, Shaggy, Mrs Madam & Mr Tabby Torn Ear!) and ALL of them approve of the Poultry variety of this pate cat food. Unlike some reviewers on here, I haven't had any issues with it looking highly coloured / too chunky with un-ground up bits in, etc. It's good value, it's smooth, a normal colour, it smells OK & the amount is quite decent compared to some of the big name pouch cat foods which, even though some are claimed to weigh 100g, often seem less than the manufacturers claim they are and are actually skimpy sized portions. So, these are more generously sized than a lot of those! I do still get some of the bigger name brand pouch foods too but supplement them with these too so the cats get a variety of different foods to eat. I have tried the Salmon variety of this pate food with the kitties but they don't seem to approve of that variety nearly as much as they do this Poultry one which they clearly much prefer. So, I can definitely recommend the Poultry variety and I'll continue to buy them for the cats as they love them!
