Great fast charging capability. Charges my Pixel from 5% to full in less than an hour.

Honestly absolutely loved the charger when I got it I could charge my phone and my wife could charge her airpods and stuff. It worked perfectly fast charging and everything and then bam not even 2 weeks later I plugged my phone and nothing tried like 6 other cords and nothing tried different outlets even ones outside in the garage and nothing. Total disappointment and waste of money. Would be a fantastic product if it would have lasted more than 2 weeks. EDIT: Well their customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement so far so good hopefully this one will last because like I said it's a beast little charger so fingers crossed. 2nd EDIT: Well so far the charger has been working perfectly and it's been about a month now so I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed. It's definitely an awesome product in my opinion and it does charge things wickedly fast. And last bit absolutely not least their customer service is absolutely amazing they were super responsive and even made sure to email me asking me about the product after they sent me the replacement only once I had emailed them back telling them things were great did they ask me about fixing my review. So the fact they were more concerned with my experience then promoting their product is a huge thumbs up either way. I have a couple different portable chargers from them as well and they are great too btw. Thanks for reading my essay lol.

I purchased this INIU charger AI-611 to use with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I plugged in the USB C cable to the charger and connected my phone and vowww it was Super Fast Charging my phone. However, my excitement converted into a disappointment when I plugged in my other phone to charge using the USB type A port on the charger. As soon as I connected my other phone to QC port, It stopped Super Fast Charging on S22 Ultra and was not even fast charging, it started charging like a normal wall charger. I tried changing usb cables, thinking issue with cables. However, the issue persisted. This charger advertises to support PD 30 watt max and QC 18 watt max. And these specifications look right when charging only one device at a time. It looks like this charger cannot support the advertised charging power when charging through both the ports simultaneously. Worst part is, this issue happens even if only a cable is connected to the other port and not charging anything. This limitation is not mentioned anywhere in the product description on Amazon. I bought this product thinking that it will keep Super Fast Charging my S22 Ultra and I don't mind having normal charging through the other port. UPDATE: I really appreciate the customer service by INIU. They reached out to me and explained the product capabilities in detail. They also collected my requirements and sent me replacement based on the requirements. The whole process was dealt with patience and was resolved with utmost professionalism.

The look and quality of INUI products simply is amazing. I have bought their power packs, cords and charging adapter and everything charges fast. Cords never kink and have a durable outer casing. Very sturdy. Priced so right that I always check out their products first when I need items for my laptop, pc, ipad, cellphone, etc... No, I am not affiliated with INUI. I simply like their products and am very satisfied with them. I hate reviews that ooze super A+ anything because I personally find them over the top but I can honestly say these items are top notch. FYI, Since I bought several INUI items, I will just copy and paste this review since I bought them all together and find them equally good quality.

This charger has the power that was required for a heated coffee mug that phone and pad chargers didn’t. Works great.

This charger refuses to charge my Galaxy Watch 6 (via the PD USB-C port) and my S24+ (via the QC USB-A port) at the same time. If I have both cables plugged in and both devices plugged in to charge up, neither device registers that it is charging. Okay, fine. I unplug the charging cable from my S24+ and now the GW6 will still not recognize that it's connected to a charger. Ugh. Oookay.. if I unplug the S24+ charging cable completely from the USB-A port on the charger, then (and ONLY then) will the GW6 recognize the charger and display its charging status. Good grief! I bought this to be able to charge both the GW6 and the S24+ simultaneously and it utterly fails at this task (that it claims to be capable of). A complete disappointment. I'm going to keep it since it will charge one and I do like that the charging prongs fold making it a touch easier to pack on trips. But if you are considering this charger and want to have two cables plugged in at the same time... forget it and look somewhere else.

Pros: + super fast charger through USB-C (PD) + charges my iPhone 14 Pro Max in 45 minutes instead of 1 and a half hour via magsafe + easy to carry, very portable, foldable plug + does NOT damage your battery’s health + does NOT heat up your device + 3 years warranty + can charge 2 devices at the same time (also a CON see below) Cons: - fast charging only applies when only 1 device is charging at a time (through usb c) - if two devices are charging at once, the charging speed is significantly lower - if there are two cables plugged into this charger, the charging speed is slower even if only 1 device is actually charging/drawing power (this is my biggest disappointment) so if I want fast charging, I have to unplug the usb-A cable from this charger even if it’s idle (not charging a device). I wish the fast charging can still be achieved even if two devices are connected at the same time. But if you only need to charge a single device via usb-c, this charger can indeed charge it SUPER fast. Also, an important thing to REMEMBER before you assume this charger is broken: When this charger suddenly stops working, try unplugging it from the power outlet and wait for 5 seconds then replug it. It is like a home internet router that you have to replug from time to time. Overall, it is indeed a super fast charger without damaging your device’s battery. Just don’t expect the same performance when there are two cables plugged into the charger. I still give it 5 stars for the PROS I listed above.
