Amazingly well-made
I love this little knife. It’s precision and craftsmanship are phenomenal. Excellent value for money. I also like that I can change the blade style for different uses. I carry it always. My favorite blade style is a #26, It’s not even listed as one of the options but it fits just fine. It keeps getting smoother with repeated use.

Very tiny
The blades are very sharp, they lock in very tight as well. The only thing that bothers me is its tiny. However that doesn't detract from the quality of this knife. If you need a very small pocket knife to open packages and letters, and you don't like to sharpen your knife. this may be for you.

The perfect balance of portability and utility
I own many knives. I use this one the most.

Light, smooth opening, solid lock, easy blade change.
I'm not a fan of neck-worn blades, so will probably never use the sheath. It's good quality faux leather vinyl with a small grommet for a chain or rope (chain included.)The knife is sweet. 3" closed, 5 1/8" open and only 5/16" thick, so it's small. There's no clip but there are dual slots at one end that is good for a loop, ring or cord. I have several folders that use disposable scalpel blades. Thi is probably my favorite size. It uses a #23 blade - it is 2" at its longest. The knife opens fully and cleanly every time and has a nice, solid lock. Where the knife base would press against your palm when opening there's 1/2" of space between the blade tip and your skin. Some of these scalpel knives are almost flush to the end of the handle or have little space - so you have to be careful not to cut yourself when opening. You have plenty of space here. It's a well designed, light, sweet little folder.

One fatal flaw
I love just about everything on this utility knife. It’s ultra light, the fit and finish are great, and it just looks awesome yet refined.But. I believe it has a major design flaw that could render it useless after the first blade is used. The portion of the knife where a new blade can be added is off in its dimensions. Not enough to easily see but after using calipers etc. it was clear. The slots are to thin(short), and the width between the two slots looking front end on is too large(wide). The blade gives 2mm width for the handle tip. The space between my slots was about 2.3mm. Enough that changing the blade was dangerous and more or less impossible. As I said, I love everything else, so I broke out a small diamond file and some oil and worked my way through the material until it could easily take a blade, then snap into place. To the manufacturer, please look at typical scalpel handles used in hospitals etc. You’ll find that they provide significantly more room to fit the blade. I really want this to be a 5 star review. While the design looks perfect it clashes with the reality of blade tolerances.

Very nice
I really like this folding scalpel but I do have some caveats and I rate it 4.5⭐ rounded up.The good:Very convenient titanium body.Very useful tiny size.Easy to safely replace scalpels with a tool - pointing it away from yourself.I found I can open and close it with confidence.10 "23" scalpels included in the box.It comes in a really nice tin container with a clear window. The issues (small):The open position has a full locked position but there is also a little click before it is fully locked. This click is when the moving part goes of the little protrusion in the photo (see red arrow). If you don't know to expect it you might thing the rotation is locked when it is not. Open it all the way for it to be locked.I found that when it is fully closed the back of the blade is flush with the titanium body kinda close to the edge (see closed photo). If you store it with other tools I feel the blade could be better protected. You don't want a blade to break in storage. Storing the knife in the included sheath would alleviate this concern.I recommend this for your outdoor and home scalpel need whatever the may be. Certainly a useful little tool.

Nice foldable but the blade is wobbly
I like the convenience of a folding scalpel. This one is pretty nice for the money. My only concern is that the blade is loose fitting. It seems that the slot that seats the blade needs to be more offset to force the tail end of the blade to remain in a flexed-bind like my other good blade-change scalpel handles.
