I found this hand rail to be sturdy and easy to put together but not the install as per instructions. The problem I had is, I received item in December and just now installing it at end of June. A when I received it I Followed manufacturers instructions and ordered and received recommended installation hardware and that was problematic. The concrete drill bit wore out from drilling into my concrete steps. Nothing particular or different with my steps. The concrete hardware to anchor the rail down did not do want it was designed to do. I contacted tech support, explained what I was doing and the out come. I was assured it would work if I reinstalled the rail again. Well as I said I completed project but not using the ordered anchors. Now i’m tasked with filling in numerous holes in my concrete steps.

I had more problems with my concrete guy who made a mountain out of a mole hill. He complained about how he had never installed a stand alone handrail and blah, blah, blah. I watched the video, read the instruction manual and walked the guy through installation....I'm an old woman and this was not only a beautiful product but a DIY if you have the right tools. Thank you. It's up and perfect.

I couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship of this railing! Well packaged with hardware and simple to follow instructions. I installed it on a concrete stoop. The major challenge was drilling the holes through the aggregate in the concrete! Even with masonry bits and a hammer drill it was a major task. This railing would be a piece of cake to install on a wood stoop.

This railing was beautiful, heavy duty and secured really well. It kis time consuming to install but not due to difficulty only due to proper installation. Do yourself a favor and order the Bolts online at this site. We did, they sent all eight bolts, plus possible necessary washers and necessary drill bit. Would buy from this company and this railing again in a heartbeat !

Shipped well packed and protected and fast. I used the largest tapcon screws to anchor to concrete. Very, very study. For and elderly relative to allow her to live alone longer. It will not budge once installed. You could lean all of your weight or pull yourself up fron the ground on this thing with no issue. Great sturdy and easy option.

Extremely sturdy. Easy to install as long as you pay attention to the directions and steps printed. Missing are instructions for the boots that are installed over the feet to hide the concrete anchors. The boots were slightly difficult to piece together. Overall, extremely well fabricated for made in the USA.

GREAT PRODUCT!! Bought this for my mom and dad, BUT I installed it. Nice heavy rails.Wasn't too bad getting it installed. And talk about solid, no wobble at all. Little pricey but compare that to a medical bill, I came out cheap.

This was easy to install.It seemed a bit expensive but the quality and design is far better than our other options.It would have been nice if they offered some fastener kits for convenience.
