Both of my daughters really enjoy using the board
Both of my daughters really enjoy using the board. The bells don't come with instructions, but I think they are part of the whole idea of being mindful and taking time out for yourself to reflect. Our counselor had one in her office and it was a nice bday present for my 11 year old who needs to learn to "settle" down.

Grandkids loved them
I had a Buddha Board that I did not want to turn over to the grandkids so I bought these as stocking stuffers. Not sure about the bells and instructions (nor for myself either!) but they love the pads and brushes, especially for the price.

Useful to bring home an ACT point
It a fun little tool to have around the therapy office, even though it's pretty small. It's pretty useful when demonstrating a concept like acceptance.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loves it! I didn't know until I opened it it was a 2 pack gift set! Wonderful deal!

Missing parts
The one box I kept for myself was not sealed with a sticker and when I opened it, something was missing. I checked the picture on the back of the box to assume it’s the container where you hold the water but I’m not sure. Definitely not happy though.
