Good way to get them thinking
I have an 8 year old that has trouble staying in the moment. It seems like she’s already on to the next thing before she finishes whatever is in front of her. I selected this because I thought it could help her slow down and be more mindful. We have her work on a page per night before bedtime and it seems to be working a little. She has opened up more in a mature way about her feelings. The book has a lot of great writing prompts that don’t belittle or talk down to the kids.

Excellent journal to help you reflect & stay balanced ✍🏾 With students making a return back to the classroom I wanted to find a healthy way to transition my child back into in person learning. This journal allows my child to reflect & open up about balancing their mental health. I think this journal is great for anyone at any age who may be on a journey to find peace & self love. There is space for you to write, draw & scrapbook.

Clever, well thought out and easy to work through
This journal is cute and I think good for a variety of age groups. It is well done, the pages are a nice thick board, I love the easy/light-hearted approach to a very serious issue.I got this for my teens, and actually may just get another for me. Journaling doesn't have to be all serious now do you need to be an excellent artist. A simple approach to big issues is sometimes the best. That is what I get from this journal. Clever, well thought out and easy to complete.
