Delivered as detailed. Elegant slim case that's easy to open. 1 large and 1 small file and polisher and instructions. Excellent at removing ridges. Dips can be more tricky. But the bigger issue is it does such a good job it shows up other unsightly problems that were ok, like cuticles and rough skin. So I'll be dealing with those prior next time in order to have run way ready nails at the finish line. Overall 10/10 for this product.

This did a great job on my nails, which had become very ridged. The file shaped them easily leaving the edges smooth and the buffer worked on the whole nail surface with only the slightest pressure to smooth down the ridges and then the polishing section left them shiny. I think this set will last a long time. I rinsed it under water after use and it’s good as new again. Extremely pleased.

Broke my other glass file so this was a replacement and it is not as good as my original. The ends of the files, when used to clean under the nails, are scratchy and small bits at the end of the file crumbled. Other than that the file works well. The nail buffers do make your nails shiny but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right because there is a lot of dust and my nails are natural. It is also difficult to get an even shine across the whole nail. Not bad but not the best.

I love the shine it gives my nails with minimal effort - great for when you don't want to use nail polish. Comes in a neat little tin, and both types of files are easy to use. I like the fact that there are no batteries meaning it will last a long time.
