I waited a loooong time to purchase these brushes, by any brand. I saw many reviews, and even try-out videos and they seemed worth the money. I finally decided to order these. The price point is great and a variety of colors in one order. I tried them out and what a difference from what I've been using. I've been using the cheap, traditional flat foam blenders that attach to a little handle. Then I switched to the dome-shaped daubers which were slightly better, but these brushes...they aren't foam, they have super fine, soft bristles that give super smooth results and don't leave a big blob in the shape of the brush when you first lay the color down. My only compaint is that this set has 2 brushes with blush toned handles that I will probably never use. I would rather have had this set include a true purple handled brush and a yellow handled one. When I looked at the picture, I didn't realize the set didn't contain these colors. The darkest handle looks purple in the photo, but it's closer to indigo, almost black. I can still use them, but it's gonna "urk" me that I didn't' get the more common-colored handles. I see that they have other sets that do include actual purple and yellow handled brushes and that's probably the reason they do it that way...to get you to purchase both sets. I did price some other "name brand" sets from well-known crafting companies and they were waaaay more expensive than these. Still a great value for the price, and I think these will work just as well as the more expensive brands.

Fantastic blending and great stencil brushes! I had to order an extra set for acrylic use and yes they work great with watercolors, inks, dyes, and acrylics. As long as you keep the medium wet for cleaning up these work wonders for blending in areas and stenciling. I tried a different stencil brush but it was stiff and hard, these are so soft and easy to work with. The ergonomic handle is easy on your hands and the texture you can achieve through layering makes you never want to stop creating. Very highly recommended

These are so much less expensive than retailers are charging and they work great with clean crisp stencil results and subtle edge blending. I highly reccomend.

Good quality & blends well

Won’t be giving up my sponges anytime soon but these brushes finally got there place in my tools for stenciling! Wow!!!! Very happy with them for stenciling!

Work perfectly. Colored handles make it easy to assign ink colors.

I was ready to donate my 4 boxes of Gelatos when I came across someone using these with both Gelatos and Pan Pastels, wow, what an eye opener! I had been using either Qtips, makeup sponges or cotton balls to blend these 2 mediums which was quite the task to get it right. When I first saw them, I thought they were pads, but realized they are Brushes! Very fine and dense making it feel like velvet. So I smeared my Gelato stick onto a piece of plastic, you can also use like a corelle plate, then rub the brush in the color and apply in circles where you want color, makes for a beautiful pastel sky or backdrop by really working in the color. They also make these in smaller sizes for more a precise application. They clean up beautifully by just running the brush under water, I didn't need to add any soap. It may leave a stain of that color but it doesn't transfer onto future colorings. Fantastic product!!

I wanted some brushes to use for blending soft pastels and distress ink and found these came in really handy, love how soft they are as well as the colours really handy!

As expected

These brushes are so soft, I love that they come in different colours so that I can have one for each colour I want to blend. They pick up ink well, and distribute it on paper well, blending very easily. I especially like using two different colours side by side, with these brushes you are really able to get a nice soft transition. The carrier bag is ideal for storage, and each one is also individually sleeved to keep the inside of the bag clean.

I haven't used brushes like this for ink blending before, but was pleasantly surprised. They blending well and enable me to get ink down quickly. Great value for money - proper crafting ones are a silly price.
