Simple to setup, great range.
Pretty good range, at-least 60+ feet through walls. All you have to do is plug it in and you're good to go.

I got this when my grandmal got to where she couldn't use the phone this call me button was life changing and even life saving highly recommend for in home care givers

Range not as advertised/directions for different product
The seller really needs to up their game on this one. The wrist fob has nowhere near the range it claims and won't work from the other side of the house, rendering it useless for what I need. The "manual" in the box is for "CC18 Wireless Digital Display AC doorbell". (Not caregiver pager) The instructions are TINY font and in an incomprehensible google translate form of English. Over promise+under deliver=1 star. Improve the accuracy of the product listing to be true to real world situations and..for the love of pete...do something about the included directions. I'll be returning.

Se desconfigura cuando se va la energía pero es excelente..
Necesito ayuda con el producto, es demasiado útil para mí padre que está enfermo, pero se me desconfiguró, luego de un mes y bote el manual, y no sé cómo configurarlo nuevamente, no quiero perder el producto, alguien puede compartir la foto del manual un usuario o el vendedor? Dios los bendiga 🙏

Operating range not as claimed
This appeared to be the perfect solution to signal our daughter in the next house after she has turned off her phone at night, but it does not work because its reliable working range is far less than advertised. In open space (outside, line of sight) I measured the maximum reliable distance (works every time button is pressed) at 79 feet for the round transmitter and 39 feet for the wrist transmitter. When set up between our two houses, the operating distance between transmitter and receiver was 42 feet, passing through two exterior walls, no metal in between. Only one button press out of every five triggered the ring. (varied according to orientation of the transmitter). The wrist transmitter did not work at all. Not acceptable for an emergency signaling device. Our wireless thermometers and cordless phones have no problem working at this distance.I looked for a link to the seller so I could ask for advice, but nothing is shown in the manual, so no choice but to return it. Would have given it 5 stars if it had worked.
