The product is very nice, it helps to maintain your oral hygiene , i am just taking one star out because in 15 days my unit stopped working, but customer care helped me to get the unit replaced without any hassles

I am using this for the last eleven months.This is a wonderful product for those who are particular about dental cleanliness and health. I had checked up with my dentist regarding its advisability before the purchase. The product has a 1 year warranty and an additional 6 months for registering the warranty. The device developed some problem now and I was not sure that the Company will be very helpful in rectifying it. So I purchased a new one. However, I received prompt attention when I took up the matter with the company. They arranged for its free pick up and replaced it with a new one. All within a few days! The staff is courteous and helpful.I have therefore two such items in the family.Contrary to my initial apprehensions regarding its regular use, I found that there is no discomfort or other problems associated with the use. The battery lasts for many days too.The only flaw I noticed is : If you lose the charging port cap or the water inlet ring (which are both tiny things) while cleaning, you may not be able to use the device. I hope the company will consider providing a spare of each of these in future.

This flosser will stop working after a few months. Warranty is a joke since they will not honor it. It has been 2 weeks and there is no update on my warranty claim status. I had to buy another flosser since you cannot stop flossing daily.Edit: They denied warranty saying the product is working. They do not know a basic thing about dental flosser that it should have appropriate pressure to be effective. Would not recommend to buy this.

Excellent product...thoroughly gets rid of all food particles hidden and embedded in between the teeth...which results in teeth last longer...much longer. I just cannot go to sleep without using this dental flosser. And excellent product support too. My piece stopped functioning after just 05 months which, thanks to my tech-support, Ms Mona...was replaced at home itself..within 05 days...with a brand new perfectly working piece. Thank you Agaro Detal Flosser...and thank you Ms Mona.

Worked well but started malfunctioning within 5-6 months. The customer support was great and sent a replacement without any hassles. Good communication and supportive staff.

Using the flosser from past 6 month.. no technical issue and customer service is just a phone call away.. product is really good does its work hassle-free.
