Works well
I received an insert from a podiatrist that didn’t help me nearly as much as this one.

not much cushioning, average arch support, narrow width, pricey for what you get
These insoles have less arch support and less cushioning that other insoles in this price range. Cushioning is only really noticeable in the heel. The ball area is just EVA with no gel or polyurethane pad like other insoles have. Arch support is only average quality; less than many other insoles. The insoles do have good heel contouring, but it narrow compared to what USA brands normally give you. Overall, I think these insoles are expensive for this quality and performance level.

Put these in my work boots and noticed a difference at the end of the day.
I am always a bit skeptical abount products like these but in this case these Insoles made a very positive difference in how my feet and legs felt at the end of the day wearing work boots. I had other inserts but they didn't help much but when I replaced them with these Insoles, I noticed that walking was more comfortable and easier. Overall a very good insole and good value.

Excellent, robust insoles for shoe and trainer use - competitively priced...
I gave these orthotic support insoles to my partner to test out. A keen walker, he takes a men's UK shoe size 9.5-10. This is what he thought -'On examination, I was concerned that these insoles may not provide adequate cushioning - and especially support - to the ball of my foot. However, the arch support looked good and they were easy to trim to size and to fit. When I tried them in a pair of walking boots I was very impressed with the reduction in heel strike. The insoles held the heels well and in fact provided sufficient cushioning to mitigate against my supination and related problems.I was extremely impressed with the cushioning afforded to the ball of the foot - especially as there's no additional gel support for this part of the foot bed, unlike for the heel.Clearly these insoles do not give the same level of support and cushioning when compared to the more substantial specialist inserts I have used in my walking boots to correct my supination related aches and pains - but unlike these insoles, I can't fit those into ordinary shoes and trainers as they're deeper specially in the toe and ball of the foot region. For me, the high grade EVA and TPE did provide the 'breathable durability' claimed and gave adequate cushioning and support to the ball of the foot.Generally the build and quality of these insoles suggest that I may get far more than the typical 6 months wear which other specialist insoles offering shock absorption and pain relief provide. These are an excellent compromise for shoe and trainer use when more substantial insoles just won't fit - and they're competitively priced too.'

Excellent-Have Resurrected My Old Walking Boots
These inserts arrived in a nicely presented box.I've used them in my old walking boots that had become fairy uncomfortable and looser on my feet as the original linings had deteriorated to such an extent they were crumbling on the bottom and bits were coming off when I walked, needing a stop and boot removal which was very annoying .I saw these and thought I'd give them a try. They are a very supple material but fairly firm on the gel sections offering decent cushioning.Fortunately I didn't need to trim them at the toe end but I did need to trim down the arch edge a bit as I found it too high and a bit uncomfortable.Once that was trimmed slightly the boots were extremely comfortable again. These inserts have basically resurrected a very decent pair of walking boots that are now comfortable to wear again. Not the cheapest ( £17.99 at the time of the review) but they are good quality and much cheaper than paying £100 plus for a decent pair of new boots!Dead chuffed with them

Know your insoles
It always strikes me as odd how shoes get so much more attention than insoles. When I buy walking shoes the inserts inevitably come unstuck, slide around and make the show uncomfortable. Besides which, if you are flat-footed a standard shoe is not going to be ideal anyway.Once you get used to the ritual of trimming insoles you never look back. These are a textbook example of a good insole. Soft, springy and supportive. You only know it's there because it feels good. Some people have complained about support at the front but they are arch insoles designed to do a specific job, which they do well.

High quality insoles
The images provied by the seller are accurate, so please refer to those where necessary. These insoles come in a high quality box, and fit my shoes fine if a little short (UK 11, however only designed for 10.5). They cup the heel well and support the arches which remoes the aches in my feet during the day. Another good thing is that they are rather light, as the seller's images suggest, which means you cannot notice an increase in the weight of your footwear and therefore dont feel as heavy-footed after prolonged use. They are well made and have good cushioning as well.Would recommend!

Lots of arch support
If you want arch support, these inserts will give you plenty, as the arch section has a quite rigid construction, not just a bit of foam. The rest of the insoles don't have much padding, and were not as thick as I had thought after seeing the photos. What looked to me like a thick heel section was in fact a well-shaped but thin heel cup. There are some guidelines on the underside that will help you trim the insoles to the right size to fit your shoes.
