Package not sealed, with what appeared to be tobacco in the box? But it has been working very well for months so far. Good deal and allowed me to extend my phone life.

BAD QUALITY
This screen scratches extremely easy, it's not even close to being as durable as the original. I've only had it for a few weeks and there's scratches all over it just from being in my pocket. And the touch screen itself is awful, it doesn't recognize touches the way it should. It leads to a lot of false inputs when you type. I have to continually delete and retype everything, even this review. Would not purchase from this company again.

Description not entirely accurate. Tools preused/broken.
Product is nearly as described. Took some time to disassemble and reassemble. Everything seemed to be in good condition and is working well so far. Just installed a couple days ago. No major complaints. Worth note: description says adhesive pre-installed however it was not. It comes with small straps of adhesive layered with orange backing which you have to cut to length and peel off of the plastic backing which was a bit difficult but once off the backing went on easy enough then you peel the orange film off and its ready to go. Just not pre-installed, though battery adhesive was pre-installed so maybe that is what is meant. Also it comes with a glass protector, however with the curved edges of the s9+ it doesn't ever seem to sit perfectly so I went without it. But good to know its in there.Over all im satisfied with the product, feels like a new phone. Followed a guide online for replacement and had no major issues.The took kit tweezers had a broken tip when I received it and it seemed to have a pre-used spudger. So that wasn't great. But I ended up using some personal tools anyway and had no major issues. Also worth note this does not come with a suction cup so you'll have to find a way to give yourself the first gap to start getting the plastic picks in place to remove old adhesive.I'd recommend this still given the price compared to a new phone, but if you're clumsy or worried about potentially breaking the components it might be worth forgoing the screen and getting a refubed phone for 100$ more.
