I bought this to replace my current bath pillow. I find it so comfortable. When received, it was rolled tight and the suction cups were distorted, some folded and some flat. I put the pillow in a sink of hot water for a few minutes to soften the suction cups then secured it to my clean bathtub. They have stayed that way nice and secure ever since. It is cushy like an actual pillow and not hard like others. I am very happy with it.

They ship this pillow super tight! For me the pillow came to form after opening it but the suction cups didn’t work. Easy fix! Put the pillow’s suction cups in a sink full of hot water for about 10 minutes. After that they should be working as expected!

When the pillow first came in I was a little disappointed because it seemed as though it didn’t want to stick, also when it came out of the package some of the suction cups were bent inward making it harder to adjust to the back of the bathtub. With a little work it finally stuck and it has been great. I also suggest getting the darker color if you have lots of chemicals in your city water as it might turn it a reddish brown color if you go with the lighter color.

Mine came rolled up in the tiniest of rolls with the bottom suction cups damaged/unable to suction because they’re so warped, like many other reviewers.But I’m not even going to complain about that part. No, my complaint is about the pillow. The size is as expected dimension wise, but the thinness of the material is pathetic. I’ve had regular $3 pillows from Wal-Mart that were thicker than this. There’s absolutely no support, no strength to it. If pinched, fingertips reach each other with zero effort. It’s like pinching a piece of paper. It looks slightly fluffy, but it’s not. And the round part of the pillow - there’s no way it’s ever been round or will ever be round again.I want something that will block my head when I press against the tub, cushion it, and this won’t do it. This won’t even cushion my head from my couch. I’m not even putting it in water, I’m returning it.

The pillow is very comfortable and supportive, but the suction cups on the back do not really work. It was on the cheaper side, so maybe if I did spend more it would actually do better with the suction, but the suction cups are bent so they rarely stick to my tub. At the end of the day it does support my neck

This is large and comfy. It adheres well to my fiberglass tub walls. I was worried that the covering would retain water and possibly mold but so far it has been great. I hang it from the shower curtain rod in between uses. I wish the hanging hook were a bit larger but that is a minor point.

The suction cups were squished in due to the wrapping of the product. I also hate the material of the product. It’s kind of itchy! I guess for the price it is what it is.
