I have been using this product for several years. Normally buy it at Wal-Mart but find it easier to order on line. Product does reasonably well for restless legs.

Didn't do what it was touted as doing. Waste of money

No ingredients listed on the bottle. Doesn’t work, waste of money. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Checked this product with a professional and was told they’re a placebo, when backed with my experience checks out. Do not buy. Mine are going straight to the trash considering they can’t be returned (how convenient).

This works wonders for my restless legs and helps me fall asleep. I love that it dissolves fast with a pleasant taste. I also buy this for my mother and grandmother. I would highly recommend this with compression socks for airplane travel.

I have a long history of dealing with restless legs. Either while I’m traveling, watching tv, reading my books or trying to sleep. I was really skeptical before getting this and very apprehensive. I made the leap after dealing with some rough nights recently, I’m glad I did. They don’t make me sleepy though, but I attribute that to my medications I take for my adhd. But they do work and they do help. Not like a prescription but I’d say really really close. I have no bad side effects other than being very pleased and happy. I’m refilling my prescription for my restless legs, but I’ll definitely use this for moments like now for when I can’t take my prescription. It’s that good.
