I bought this for a neck and shoulder injury that I received a few years ago. I have chronic pain and I thought this might help alleviate it. This little gadget definitely works! It's a little awkward to use, so I don't feel I get the full benefits from it, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. These massagers work well. The handled massager makes it easy to massage neck and shoulders. The blue double ball feels great on the feet. The only thing I would change is the nubbies on the double ball could be a little wider so they feel more like fingers.

Package arrived in a timely manner. Have no concerns to address. Mother in-law would like one as well! Will definitely purchase one for her.
