Little Patty Pan
The pan was due for delivery this week. The pan actually arrived last week (from Australia? Wow!). The cups are smaller than expected. However, but the small cups are suitable for Potluck sized goodies. Thanks!

A must have for any cook
My daughter-in-law turned me on to baking cookies in this pan. I've used it for biscuits, also. Perfect bottoms every time. Even baking all the way through.

Perfect for mince pies
Ideal for mince pies. I looked in every shop I could think of to find this and it just is not available. This is exactly what I needed for making mince pies or jam tarts.

Best Yorkshire pan and pudding.
Use to make popovers in special pan and Yorkshire in a glass casserole dish. Now I use this for both. NOTHING sticks and these puff up beautifully and crisply.

I love love this pan!!!! I use it to make my low Calorie Yorkshire pudding and so far this pan has not disappointed.
