Good quality, very effective
Absolutely delighted with this lame! I've only had to change the blade once (easy to do), and I use it every week. Terrific! Highly recommended, good quality product.

Brilliant but some very faint rust shows
The best bread knife I've owned. Makes easy work of sourdough. If it's not dried perfectly, a faint rust develops on the surface in places. It can be cleaned off, so not too bad. Solution: dry well after cleaning.

Sturdy, cuts easy but QC oculd be better
Feels sturdy and cuts easily through sourdough. Came with a sheeth which was a nice touch, but mine came with the last 3 teeth broken, so substracting stars for it. Doesn't affect cutting ability much so didn't bother returning it.
