I had originally purchased this to replace the original control panel on the anchor. This device is an additional controller, not a replacement. I mounted this switch by the captains chair so I could drop anchor without getting up.

Easy to hook up to the windlass pontoon anchor and made having a switch at the helm to use as an alternative to drop anchor nice.

Sure saves my back and arms, could use a quicker release. In current I drift a lot before it hits bottom.

Malgré qu'il est affiché sur le site d'Amazon comme étant souvent acheté avec le treuil Anchor Zone 20, il ne fonctionne pas avec ce dernier car les connecteurs sont totalement différents. Malheureusement on doit retirer le couvercle du treuil pour s'en rendre conte et ouvrir l'emballage de la commande à distance. Mauvaise information de la part d'Amazon
