GREAT SOUND !!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I was very happy with this reciever, now it is a piece of crap. Thought I was the only one who was having issues. I just looked again and others are having the same issue as I am., static, speakers and it only has gotten worse. I am determined to get this fix since it does have a 1 year warranty. We will see how far this gets me and and I will repost if I get it fixed at no charge. ( Original review) great receiver. Has the 5.2 speakers. Sounds great, remote is great as well. Takes a little to get use to. Bluetooth works great . Not a novice, but I am not sure what you could want more of. SOUNDS GREAT!!!! PYLE has been around for years. Orginally made speakersI only have one complaint, when in standby mode the light on the front panel flashes. Kinda of annoying

Incredibly loud operation, bizarre flashing "power off" red light, and much more
Straight out of the box, I did not like this receiver.First of all, it is incredibly noisy at all times, even when "powered off" via the remote. There is some sort of fan that is operating at all times, so it's just loud always. When you power off with the remote, there is a flashing red light that is incredibly bright/obnoxious unless you push the button to power it off. Then, if you push the button to power it off, you have to push the button to power it back on (remote won't work when it's manually turned off). While you're at it, if you have a powered subwoofer connected, you'd better make sure you shut that off before you manually power it off because that sucker will scare the bejabbers out of you with some weird power-down blast noise that cannot be good for the subwoofer. I have done this more times than I want to admit.Another thing that was maddening is that the "minimum volume" on this thing is way too loud. So, having some music on in the background while having a conversation is over, now. There doesn't appear to be enough power or signal for the receiver to play audio from a digital antenna on the TV, which is also incredibly disappointing. I even bought an adapter for my coaxial cable (from the digital antenna) to try to connect it directly to the receiver, but that did nothing (and there was no interface to make that work). So, if we watch TV via digital antenna (connected via HDMI to the receiver), we have to listen to audio through the TV. Lame. Now, after about 20 days of operation, a horrible static noise has started, which I have seen people mention in reviews. I was hoping it was just a fluke, but they are correct. It's not a connection issue: I have checked. I could almost abide the rest of the obnoxiousness, but that was the final dealbreaker.10/10 would not recommend this receiver.

Dimensions don't match the listing
Based on the listing I expected the unit to be 2.6" tall. It is NOT. If you have limited space please take this into account. In my application, I needed the smaller size since I'm fitting it into a cabinet in an RV. I made it fit but it is definitely 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag. Also, it uses a format for the HMDI output that would NOT work with wireless HDMI extenders. If you are planning to use this with wireless extenders understand up front that you won't get a video signal out of this that will work with the extender. I had to purchase additional 1 in 2 out HDMI splitters so I could send one signal to the A/V receiver and one signal straight to the wireless extender. This worked but added another lb to the bag that was already full. Also, bear in mind that support for this may not exist. I emailed and called the support resources without any responses.

Clean sound, quick response replacing defective remote
Very happy with amp. Has subwoofer amplified signal as well as line, which makes best use of my multiple subwoofer setup. Took me a lot of tweaking with tv output setting and amp settings to get them to talk nice to each other, including ARC control, but works great now. Passed 5.1 + 1 true signal being decoded.

4K HDR issues, Rear channel radio issue.
I've had this for 2 years now and while I happy in the beginning I've gotten dissatisfied over time. When using the radio I have noticed that the rear channel is not clear, it has a constant hiss with the music.I also had to stop using the 4K passthrough and run my components (xbox one, Roku ultimate) directly to my projector (and then run audio from projector to the Pyle RCA inputs) because of issues with it not properly recognizing the 4K (HDR, 24hz).I have recently decided to start looking at alternatives (which is why I decided to add this review).
