Good quality and value for money you won’t be disappointed if you stick with it.
Very easy to use, had it 7 days and currently I’m on level 60 which I find is at my comfort level as time goes on I may increase the level. Benefits are reduced swelling in ankles and less tiredness in legs. I walk on average 5 miles a day and after 7 days I’m achieving that and feel comfortable after the walk. I’ve never suffered pain in my legs but felt fatigued after walking but the fatigue seems to have disappeared. Power level 1-99 I have tried higher level at the start but found I suffered a little cramp. Hence settled on level 60. Current I believe this product is well manufactured it does what it’s supposed to do therefore it’s good value for money. I achieve two 30 minute sessions a day early morning and late evening.

Simple to use and effective. Don't buy cheap Chinese ones!!
After trying one of the generic Chinese rechargeable ones, this was such an improvement!No bells, whistles, 200 program routines, extra pads or flashing lights. JUST PLUG IT IN AND ADJUST THE INTENSITY.I didn't know if the rocking ability on this a bit of a gimmick, but once you get the power level right the tensing of your calves extends your foot position and this allows for that. Very clever!Much more effective and I cannot stress enough that the battery powered, rechargeable, cheap Chinese ones just don't last or have the power to really stimulate the muscles.Buy a mains powered model like this and IT JUST WORKS!

Pay for top model worth it
Had one for about 5 years till it broke .my wife has leg issue's this aleviates the pain and discomfort .Top brand , I'd be a bit wary of the crowded market of cheap copies , hard to send back to China for repairs .

I am not convinced yet of its efficacy for me.
Sometimes it tends to make me jump!! obviously it is touching a nerve in my feet which is not comfortable but this is not all the time. I have noticed that little blood blisters or bruises show up on my feet and ankles. I am not sure why.I tend to keep it on a level below 40 as I think above that would be too severe for me as I am over 80!! I think it is helping my mobility but it is hard to say so soon. I can't show any photos as I do not have the right camera for that
