Best JBL Xtreme 2 replacement battery
My battery died on my JBL Xtreme 2 and I was looking for a replacement that had more mAh and this one had the highest of them all. I am very pleased with this battery and use this speaker daily and it charges fully and works for hours. I have previously replaced a battery in my JBL Xtreme and it was much more difficult. This was very easy, after removing a few screws and taking off the cover the battery was so much easier to swap out. Thanks JBL. I recommend watching a YouTube video on how to replace a JBL Xtreme 2 battery. Also, I would suggest buying a quality tiny screwdriver set as well. It took no more than 20 minutes to remove, replace and reassemble the speaker.

Battery Does Not Last
Battery went bad and will not hold charge after only about 60 days of very light use. I had always kept a good charge on the battery and used the JBL Xtreme 2 about 3 times while plugged into outlet. Battery still when bad and will not hold a charge after basically barely using it. I feel ripped off.

What else is there to say, I swapped out my bad battery and it worked !! Nice !!

As it turns out I don’t need the battery yet
I have 3 JBL xtreme2 speakers. I love them. One went dead and would not take a Charge so I ordered a new battery. I took 2 of the units apart and exchanged batteries and they both are working fine without needing the new battery. So it’s sitting as a spare which is very comforting to me. Thanks Amazon!!

Great replacement for JBL Xtreme 2 and 3!
Excellent. Needed a new battery for my Xtreme 3 and fit perfectly! I get about 20 hours out of it at full volume now👍

Fácil de instalar pero no me funciono la batería la instale la dejé cargando un rato y solo toco unos pocos minutos, la entiendo y después de unos 4 minutos se apaga y así se repite no carga la batería pesimo
