I usually buy Dashing Diva nail polish and gel strips and thought I’d give these a try. They are easy to apply and lay down tight on your nail. But peeling off the clear protective coat from the gel strip it was pretty difficult without tearing or creasing the gel. But if you pull off the protective coat before you apply it to your nail, the gel is so thin it easily tears and bends (3rd and 4th picture). However, being that the gel is so thin it’s easy to file off the excess. As I was applying them I noticed they started to bubble in certain areas. I had to cure them for 180 seconds and they were still pretty tacky but hardened within 15 minutes. This is not a gel strip you can apply and be done. Due to the bubbling and creasing I needed to put on a polish top coat for polish to look smooth (1st and 2nd picture).

My first time trying gel strips! I do a lot of nail art at home, but only using regular polish. I needed something more durable than that for a 10 day beach vacation and decided to try these.They were easy to apply, although some were a bit narrow for my nails and you only get 2 of each size, so in the future I’ll order 2 packs just so they are perfect. My solution was to cut little slivers to cover the side gaps, then use clear gel polish to cover and cap each nail after curing the strips. For my first time, I think they look pretty good! Not salon quality but very economical and quick.I brought the little uv light, clear gel, and some extra strips on the trip with me, thinking I’d need to redo them at some point, but they have held up so well! Even digging in the sand and swimming, they look good as new.The pic here is after one week. I’m actually a little bummed I didn’t get to use the other strips I bought lol!I also love the pattern on these, I cannot stop staring at them. They have a subtle shimmer and a touch of gold glitter. I would definitely recommend, however, do a top coat and cap them!! I’m not sure they’d last as long without.

i’m pretty sure that anyone who says these nails aren’t excellent didn't apply them properly. i put a set on and literally went on a rock hunting trip in michigan (digging, scooping, sifting rocks, etc. for six+ hours a day) and my nails looked as good on the plane ride home as they did on the ride there. these have made me proud to show off my nails and that’s never been the case. thank you for inventing these!!

I was surprised with the quality of the product. It looked natural and it only took me 5 to 10 min to apply the product. It lasted 8 days (I believe it can last longer if you use the UV lamp). Since my nails are very small I had a bit of difficulty with the strip sizing so I could only use once (if the sizes were a bit smaller I could have used twice). The removal was easy and didn't damage my nails. I'm overall satisfied and I will continue buying.

Least favorite strips I have ever tried to put on. The top layer of the strip separated when pulling it off the package. I was not able to put them on, I had to throw them away. I’ve been using SCG nails for 2 years, have never seen this. Don’t waste your money on this brand

Worked well to fix several nails in a hurry. They don't last very long, but they are cost effective til I can get them fixed

Sure, these were cheap. Sure, other reviewers gave bad reviews. But I thought surely they can’t be “THAT” bad. Well, they are! If you’re thinking about getting them cuz they’re cheap, don’t! You have to go through the time and trouble to pick out the size for your nail, then put them on, trim the nail, put it under the lamp. And then they don’t harden! Mine came off one by one within 30 minutes. Worst product I’ve ever purchased.

I’m not big on reviews, but these nail strips worked very well for me. I have thin nails and couldn’t use the gel polish any more because it was tearing up my nails. They get 5 stars because I used a nail strengthener before I put the strips on and then cured them for 60 seconds and the strips worked just fine. I also polished over them with regular gel polish the next week and they still look good.

Horrendous product. The coloured layer and the gel part separate as you remove the pieces from their foil. Every single one. There's no way of re-attaching them after. They stay separated on the nail, they harden with an air pocket between them. I've never seen a product so bad. Did one hand and then removed everything and threw away. Bad. Extremely bad.

Like the other reviews, my nails lasted less than 24 hours before they began to chip and peel (even with a topcoat). I've also used Nailog (not terrible) and Dashing Diva (so far the best). Save your money and buy something else.
