If you are planning to replace this handle on a Mercedes, GOOD LUCK. Part fit perfectly and the screws were used but this took us over 3 hours. I recommend watching YouTube videos on installation because it was very difficult getting to the door handle. A $15 part and a few hours of work was better than Mercedes quote of $1600. Be careful with the plastic pin that comes with this, there’s only one so don’t lose it.

This is a perfect OEM replacement. First picture shows the OEM part that you have to remove. It is a pain the a$$, but once removed the replacement part fits perfectly. Some people say it doesn't fit flush? Mine did, no issue. Looks like the original . Be prepared for a couple of hours of work. Took me approximately 3 hours for the whole thing, but it was better than the alternative which was paying the dealer almost 3 thousand!! They replace the whole door jam interior. The part alone was 1800 without tax and then 800 without tax for installation. Good luck!!!

My mechanic was concerned with one of the parts durability. It was installed and working just as expected. It's nice to be able to get out if my car again without putting the window down.
