It is TINY. For my space it makes perfect sense, except for the height. If it were about 6 inches higher, it would be better. It is not at all comfortable. The mattress is thin so you can feel the slats, and the mattress is just hard. I am going to get a luan sheet to go under it so the slats won't be so noticeable and also get a twin memory foam mattress to go under the mat. I figure that the memory foam will improve comfort and raise it a few inches too. I had thought that I'd slip the memory foam into the cover, but even though there is a zipper on the cover, it is tufted and attached to the mat with little plastic pieces. I may cut them out and slip the memory foam inside. It was very easy to put together. Initially, it seemed like the holes for the back rail didn't line up, but I think it is engineered that way to make it tight. I had to really push on the rail to get the second screw in. The back cushions come rolled up inside the mattress. They are flattened out for shipping, but they fluff up well enough. I would recommend putting the covers on the pillows before they fluff up. Also, the pillows and covers are shaped to match the curve of the armrests, so you need to put the pillows into the pillow covers in the same way. The armrests move as expected but the clacking is loud. The color is exactly as shown. Overall, it is okay for what it is. If it were a bit taller and more comfortable, I would have given it 4 stars. Even so, if you need something for a small space, and don't mind doing a bit of finagling, this little futon will do the trick.

I have mixed feeling about this Futon. It's great, very comfortable and well constructed. It's worth the money. However, I received mine with one hole not drilled trough on the steel frame...I didn't want to ship it back because it seemed very expensive to ship such a giant package. So I had to drill it the hole myself....It might not seem like a big deal to a lot of people but Im 5'3 and 110lbs and never used a heavy drill before (no the lady friendly drill does not work!). The metal was so thick that it wore the pin completely when I made it through. So...definitely the WORST assembly experience EVER... Five star for the product...minus two on the assembly.

Easy to assemble, nice quality futon. Like the adjust able arms. My only comment is the back rest is a little short in length and sitiing to one side, you can fall in the "Crack" between the back rest and the arm rest. Was comfy to sleep on.....

The frame is decent but the pillows and main cushion are very poor quality. The description states 80% blended cotton and 20% polyester fill, they mean cut up bits of a 1" memory foam topper sandwiched between two layers of recycled cotton (picture attached). The cushions it came with a flimsy, and if you lean back on them, you feel the bar digging into your back. I actually had to spend an additional $75 to get a 5.5" memory foam twin xl mattress to replace the garbage mattress this came with, and also had to purchase a memory topper to create new cushions that actually supported my back in addition to the ones included. This is a $150 couch not worth the $349.

Fabric is really soft, durable and pretty. My 200+ husband has been forced to sleep on this many nights nowbecause of a sick little dog. We have placed some bedding on it and it really is comfortable. I too have slept on this and it probably one of the best items we have bought from Amazon.

Works as a bed but the mattress is not that supportive for sleeping. Too soft. Love the concept though.

I bought this for my 21 year old daughter and she loves it! It is so easy to put together. I was a little worried at first because the matress and the frame come in separate boxes and at times they don't come on the same day.

Great product durable, it's comfortable, looks brand new after washing, easy to remove and replace cover. perfect size, I highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase from them again.
