Nghia has the best nippers. My aunt is a nail tech who gave me a pair and I lost it. I tried buying other ones but when I found nghia on amazing I was so happy! They cut cuticles like butter. No pulling, no struggle. The pair I received was great quality. Just be careful because they are very sharp and you DONT wanna cut too deep. Don’t waste your time considering any other brand for nippers.
