Everything about these shears says qualityI’ve used shears costing much much more that were not as good. They are extremely sharp and hollow ground to stay sharp for many cuts They are extremely smooth cutting You can’t go wrong with these shears

alignment issues
The scissors are excellent with all of the above ratings, sharp, comfortable, etc. HOWEVER, the alignment keeps slipping and in the closed position, they move past what I'd call neutral position. I can't seem to adjust them to the correct position. As a result, I sliced my finger when wiping them down because I assumed the sharp edges were hidden while I swiped. Instead, I ran my finger along an exposed blade. Not sure why this continues to happen.

I’ve previously ordered two pairs of scissors through Amazon, and they just never came very sharp. These were super sharp and I love them! Finally, I can cut the family’s hair a lot better! Worth the money!

Bought these for my granddaughter to cut her own hair in college.
These are made well of excellent quality and easy to maintain. The ability to maintain balance in your hand over time is outstanding. My daughter is extremely pleased with these as well as her roommates!

Don’t stay sharp
At first they were nice and sharp. After 2weeks of using they are not near as sharp. Oh well! I tried them.

Very sharp!
I don't know a lot about shears, but these are definitely a step up from something you might find in a pharmacy or some store that sells beauty products. Low quality just causes your ends to split after a few weeks since they cut more bluntly. These cut the hair clean and it's been staying healthy. Big bonus when you want to gain length instead of fighting split ends!
