It;s marketed toward anyone who finds it appealing. She's got a hell of a rack so I think it's targeting men, too. I bought 2. Ill take a hot large chested chick holding a soldering iron over a duck any day. I suggest being more secure in your masculinity, if you're a guy. If you're literally asking cause you want to gift it to a girl then yes, you can. You can gift it to a boy too. its 2022 FFS. Stop being so gender normative. Colors aren't what make a man or a woman.

Q: So it does not have a power jack?

Nope. It is powered by the very short (~4") USB cable. (or any other USB -> micro-USB cable). It does not appear to have a Vin pin, nor a 5V regulator, so it is not suitable for any power source higher than 5 volts.
