I’m updating my review because I ended up reordering the Omega after trying a much more expensive bidet, and honestly—nothing compared. The pricier model actually felt uncomfortable, almost sharp, and the water pressure just wasn’t pleasant. I kept thinking about how good the Omega’s pressure felt, so I decided to go back. This time around, Amazon was great and helped me with a replacement. The new Omega I received works perfectly—no leaks, easy setup, and the same smooth, comfortable water pressure I originally loved. It seems like the first one I received was just a dud. One downside is that I never heard back from the Omega company directly, which was disappointing. That said, Amazon handled the situation well, and now that I have a fully working unit, I’m very happy with the product itself. When it works as intended, the Omega really does outperform more expensive options. With the working unit, this bidet delivers comfort, control, and performance that easily rivals options costing much more. I'm extremely satisfied and will continue to be an Omigo fan.

Installation is as easy as any other bidet attachment. After some adjusting, it works perfectly well. I very much appreciate the use of dials instead of levers, the latter of which is very easy to snag on clothes or such and inadvertently spray water everywhere. I can't speak to the temperature controls as our sink is too far from the toilet to use warm water. I enjoy the ability to fully remove the nozzles from the bidet, making deep cleaning much easier. However, I think the water pressure leaves something to be desired. Even at full blast, I don't think this does an adequate job of cleaning. I get that you want to be careful when dealing with high pressures and sensitive areas, but I'd appreciate a slightly stronger stream. This attachment will probably end up in the lesser-used 2nd bathroom in our house, and I'll find a different one with more pressure to use in the en suite. There's nothing wrong with it, per se, but I'll keep looking.

You don’t know you need it until you get it. Saves toilet paper, cleans well and easy to install. I have one in each bathroom now and can’t imagine not having them. Works well after many years, the warm water takes some time to reach the device but I’m assuming it has something to do with my plumbing, not the device itself.

This is my first bidet. I bought it because I heard all the 'rave' about how bidets make you feel so much cleaner after going. I did some research online and this one got really good reviews, so I purchased it. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Easy to install. They give you these circles that will allow the bidet to adapt to any hole pattern on the toilet. Good design! - The T-fitting is made of solid metal. Nice quality! Also the hose that connects to the bidet is also a very good quality. However, the fitting on the bidet is plastic, so be careful not to tighten it too tight. - They include a small roll of Teflon tape and an extra washer, which is nice. Cons: - The spray control has the cleaning cycle when you first turn it on. It runs water through the nozzles, straight down. Then, as you turn the control, the water cuts off and then turns back on about halfway through the turn. It seems that the water pressure is the same whether you have it turned halfway or all the way. So there isn't much adjustability in the spray strength. - Even with your rear end all the way at the back of the seat, you will still get excess water spray all over the lid of the toilet seat. So you end up having to wipe down the toilet seat after you are done. Overall, it is nice to have a 'wash' back there after you are done. You do come out of the bathroom feeling cleaner than just using toilet paper. But having to clean up excess water spray after using it is not fun and makes you use just as much toilet paper as you did before. So there aren't any toilet paper savings when using this. I think I might spend a little more money next time and get a more adjustable bidet, where I can direct the angle of the spray vs. having to physically move to get the 'right spot.'

Super easy to install if just using cold water. I attached the hot in one bathroom where the toilet was right next to the sink and had no trouble. Does the job perfectly. Easy to control temperature and pressure. Really a bargain price folks, so give it a try!

I've had it for some time now still works great nothing better than a good bidet!

This doesn't fit on my toilet seat and the connections for the hose is on the wrong side. I can't find spare parts either.

The water pressure is not like the previous bidets!
