I painted the face to get more of the mask effect.

The material is good and the shipping good. Just one thing. This product is not an image of a racoon. It looks like a brown fox with a poor paint job to mimic a coon. A coon does not have a white vest and its ears are shorter and rounded. The seller should pay closer attention to detail even with the faux coon. My copy has none of the "bandit" markings on the face. I can see that the air brush painting on the tail was done in a hurry - there is overspray. Poor workmanship.I'll put the figure on my patio but I will not call it a coon.

I love this guy!! I broke it within 5 minutes-but my fault entirely. I will try to glue the tail back on--but I still love him and he looks so cute in our little cabin's yard

I think this would be cute, but I ordered twice and both times it came broken. Need to do a better job packing. The Styrofoam used is flimsy and thin...offers no protection at all. The box isn't much better. Don't scrimp on packaging.

It's supposed to be a raccoon--but doesn't really look like our American raccoons. I think it was sculpted in Asia and when they were told to make a raccoon they only know of raccoon dogs, which are asian. I still like it; it is a cute little critter..

Items Box was badly damaged and taped over before it was placed in larger box and mailed to me. Needless to say, the item was broken. Several pieces were missing from the foot and tail. I bought as a gift and was greatly disappointed.

I was a little disappointed with this statue. I had to get my paints out and give this little guy a raccoon face. He was all a dull brown color. After I repainted him, adding a black mask outlined with white and making his fur look gray I think he will pass for a raccoon. His pose is cute and I love the apple. He also seems sturdy. Looks pretty good after the new paint job.

This statue is adorable and realistic. It’s a little small but I just love it!
