I have a health condition that requires me to get IVs. These drinks have helped keep me hydrated in between. they don't taste great but that's ok because I can't do all the sugar and dyes anyways. the grape tastes the best

This was salty, and absolutely disgusting. It was honestly worse than any medical prep I've ever had to take, and I can't imagine ever having to try it again. I have an entire bag I can't deal with, and just thinking about or looking at it makes me gag. One of the worst experiences ever. Horrible experience never again.

I have POTS and constantly deal with issues of dehydration. I find these much more tolerable than most salt solutions out there. Pretty comparable to Pedialyte but not as sweet and no artificial colorants. I would advise not to drink too quickly. I chugged one and got a stomach ache from the high salt concentration. I would say A+ if you have POTS but anyone who doesn't have health issues may not like the flavor. When you have POTS you'll do almost anything to feel better. :) I am bummed out about the cost though. I'm sure it doesnt cost that much to make these, but a business is a business I guess.

These are amazing for hydration especially if you have a chronic illness. Does not cause acid reflux and tastes great. I love that there is no stevia added.
