Exactly What I Needed – Great Quality!
I recently purchased the 10-Frame Langstroth Medium Super Bee Box (wax-coated, fully assembled), and I’m thoroughly impressed! The box arrived in perfect condition, and I really appreciated that everything was already assembled—no need to spend hours putting it together. The wax coating is even and smooth, which not only gives it a great finish but also helps extend its durability against the elements. The wooden frames and waxed foundations were well-fitted and ready to go straight into the hive. Everything feels sturdy and well-built, with no loose joints or weak spots. This is perfect for both beginner and experienced beekeepers. I’ve already noticed my bees taking to it without hesitation. It fits perfectly with my existing Langstroth setup and feels like a long-term investment.Highly recommend this bee box if you’re looking for a hassle-free, high-quality addition to your apiary. Will definitely be ordering more

Nice qualify/fast delivery
5 stars for quick delivery, nicely packaged, seem very well built, love the natural color dipped in wax and MayBee stamp too n box s. We have never used was dipped boxes so I am curious how they hold up over time.We usually build our own hive boxes, paint them and order frames separately. However, our bees were busier then I thought and we were headed out on a road trip for 5 days so I had to get more boxes and frames on so they would not swarm. Took a chance and ordered 3 of these mediums filled with frames. They came quick and assembled wonderfully to allow us to just put them on, spray the frames with honey water and head out of town. I have only had these for 2 weeks so I will update post over the next year.

Good quality. Will stick to these.
Good quality. Assembles well and square and is coated thoroughly with wax and came quickly. I have no reason to try anything else, my first behive is doing great in a MayBee hive. I've seen some others that I know are not as nice, including "Amish made" hives that had cracked frames from hasty assembly. I used glue in addition to nails for good frame assembly. Fasteners are included and the wood is solid, good materials. Square vices helped but are not necessary for the dovetail corners. Handles are cut well and work even once the hive is full and heavy. I like the look of the wood and wax better than paint and it keeps those materials away from my bees and honey. I will be buying a full MayBee hive set to split my hive in the spring.

Best waxed super I've ever used
A a beekeeper, I have hundreds of supers I use during the nectar flow. The beautiful thing about these is that they hold up in even harshest weather. The wax seals any cracks and crevices making them wind and water tight right out of the box, assembled or assembled. I love not having to spend my winters repairing, sanding, and painting all of my painted supers. If and that's if I need to repairs these I can do it without the added expense of new hardware and paint. Instead I warm up my rendered junk wax and simply brush it - or even pour it on the dove tailed joints then brush the excess over the rest of the super. If the joints are in good condition, I just use a chunk of hard wax and rub it over the surface - just like a surfboard. It couldn't be easier. I've found this is only necessary every couple of years. I have never received a super that wasn't in perfect usable condition right out of the box, which is a relief if you need to use it immediately. The extra wax you see around the joints is exactly how they should be - even if you buy it unassembled. Use a rubber mallet, putting a towel on the super instead of using it directly on the super. The extra wax immediately seals the corners, and when exposed to the sun during hot summers the leftover wax melds the joints together even more. As a Master Beekeeper and mentor I recommend these as supers or even as brood boxes if you find lifting a deep box is too heavy.

Why try and build your own? It doesn’t make sense.
You might be an awesome woodworker, you may have a bunch of lumber hanging around and you might have a ton of time on your hands. You will never be able to duplicate these boxes with as much ease, quality and durability. Fantastic workmanship!
