Great rice
Great price for a very flavorful rice. The rice is very healthy and maintains its color. The bag of rice was vacuum pack inside a box so well packaged. Very pleased with the rice.

Cooked well in rice cooker
Cooked well in rice cooker, took a little longer than the regular white rice. Has a very nice texture, a bit chewy, but in a good way! And a slightly nutty flavor which we like. Paired it with pork adobo, reminiscent of our time in Guam. I would definitely recommend this rice.

Tasty red rice
I had not heard of red rice but read they are a good source of iron, so I tried these. They need soaked and take a while to cook but they are very good. It made my casserole seem like beef was in it. I’m glad I got this.

Different, but good
This has an interesting taste and a chewy texture, it tastes similar to black rice but a little bit more mild, we did wash it before cooking it in an instant pot for 19 minutes with a one-to-one rice to water ratio on high and then doing a manual depressure, and it turned out quite well.

This is some really good rice.
I bought this because it has a lower glycemic index than white & brown rice. Which means it won't spike your blood sugar as much. About 10 points less, if you freeze the cooked rice it'll lower it more. This works on bread as well, freezing changes the starch molecules. It's very tasty rice, it's gonna be a good addition to my "beans & rice" menu.

Good quality red rice
Taste great. We buy it every month. I had a bad experience of buying another brand of red rice from a local Asian grocery store, and the rice smelled stale and strange. So, I did not dare to feed my family with it. So, now I just stick with this brand and subscribe it every month.

Wonderful aroma, beautiful color, good value for the money.
The aroma is divine, cooking time is the same as traditional white rice, the color is beautiful and it's very good value for the money. Some say there are health benefits to eating red rice, if so, I'm even happier with this product.

Excellent rice
Upon reading good reviews, I wanted to give this red rice a try as I don't remember having this type of rice before. It's easy to cook in a regular rice cooker. The texture is great–slightly sticky, just the way I like my rice. It's more chewy than the Asian white rice. The flavor is nutty and when cooking it the whole kitchen smells nice.
