I love it. My dog hates it.
Been a great tool for training my bernedoodle. Doesn’t hurt her at all. But gives enough squeeze for her to listen to me.

Great quality
I’ve tried other knock off brands and always regret it. Herm is the only way to go

Worked well.
I was afraid to use this collar fearing it may harm my dog. When used properly it does not. My dog is 125 plus pounds and a notorious puller. I only had to use the collar once with the prongs facing inwards. Due to Covid, she has not had the opportunity to be socialized. She gets very excited when she sees other dogs. This collar helps to keep her calm. We put it on her when taking her in public. We use it with the prongs facing out. She remains calm now and is much easier to walk.

The standard for correctional collar
A regular martingale collar was not cutting it for my Corso pup. At about 7 months he was pulling on the lead with enough force that i needed to bump up to this collar. Immediately had him stop and think about what he was doing with every pull. Don't hesitate to pick one up if you want your dog walking well behaved.

Love and Hate...
I've had two of these collars. The first collar lasted about 2 years. This past collar less time. I like the style and how well it works but these collars don't last, I would like these collars better if they would last longer. I am thinking of looking for something else, anyone have any suggestions?

Finally
I am older and my hands are not as strong as they used to be. I needed a prong collar for my 100 lb. German Shepherd. We live on a ranch so he isn't leashed often, but he needs it when we do go somewhere. He gets excited so yeah he needs one of these collars. What I love is that it is super easy to remove and doesn't cause him more excitement trying to squeeze the stupid prongs tight enough to remove. The nubs are not sharp, they are rounded which is what I wanted. It is quite easy to put on as well due to the clip. Thanks!

Don’t get the quick clip version.
Used it today for first time during training it came unsnapped twice👎🏿 not good, thankfully I had a back up collar on my dog.
