Bushnell Trophy Xtreme Spotting Scope

Excellent Product!!

5 stars for the price. It does get a little blurry at full magnification past 300 yards, but it's great for the price.

Spotting scope that offers a Ruggedized body and includes 2 excellent carry/storage options as well as decent performance or bang for the buck so to speak. Glass is very clear and clean with no anomalous specs or dots as some have stated. I haven't a lot of experience behind spotting scopes but predominantly there are 2 that I have spent time behind and can use to compare. The first is a Simmons and the other a Leupold. The Bushnell is larger and had more magnification than the Leupold and the Simmons has comparable size and magnification but falls short in every possible way except price, it was cheaper by half but not even worth the savings. The Leupold offers better glass clarity and smoother finer adjustments no doubt however it costs 3X nearly 4 what this 1 does. The glass is surprisingly good and clear and the large magnification range is always a plus and the included bench top tripod while not the best is certainly an added usable bonus ontop of the the 2 carrying/storage cases and the rubberized body of this unit all combined make an excellent package for nearly any body but the most discerning of shooters or spotters in my opinion.

Great spotting scope. Great range, Solid build, Great Tripod & Window Mount, Nice Hard and Soft Case included! I use it for wildlife/birding and off my balcony for looking out at the sea. Dolphins, Whales, Seals and various birds, schools of fish & boats etc. The only downside is that it doesn't have an angled eye piece, Not such a big deal and after a short while I'll get over it but having an 45 degree angled eye piece is a nice option but I knew that making this purchase so that's on me. All in all, very well made solid scope that seems it'll last forever and take a good beating. Keep in mind, this is warrantied for LIFE, that was another big purchasing factor. For the price, quality, two cases, (Hard & Soft), two different tripod mounts, (table top and car window) the life time warranty and most important the distance you get with this scope makes it definitely worth it. The Only true nit pic is the front lens cover is a slip on not a screw on and it could be a lil tighter, sorta pops off rather easy, one loop of electric tape should fix that though. Honestly not a big deal at all, just giving my overall fair review since a did a fair amount of research. For the price and all the above mentioned, I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Would have been decent for the price ($250). Unfortunately, it had a black spot on one of the internal lenses. I've read about this problem with other Chinese made spotting scopes. If it weren't for the spot I probably would have kept it. I took it to the range and it worked well for sighting it. It does come with a nice soft case, hard case and decent tripod with a car window clamp mount. When is used Amazons return system, it told me that a replacement wouldn't ship for 1 to 2 months. I had a hunt coming up so I couldn't wait. I included a bunch of pictures because the item page on Amazon didn't show the case.

I purchased this scope for the purpose of hunting, target shooting as well as wildlife observing and the bushnell trophy extreme has exceeded my expectations. The first thumbs up is the solid hard case and carry bag both very good quality. The tripod for the scope works well for its purpose. Magnification 20x-60x just phenomenal, i found this very easy to adjust focus for a clear view contrary to other reviews 600 yards clear as a bell beyond that still visible but not crystal clear. Overall very satisfied with the product, my one and only complaint would be the eye relief could have used a 3 mm lip to keep the eye lashes from getting in the way beyond that great bang for your buck.
