If you are low carb this is for you. It comes in 2 sizes. A shorter square package and a longer rectangular package. Each bread in the recatangular package is 120 calories, 12 carbs (minus dietary fiber). I cut it in thirds because it is big so you get 40 calories and 4 carbs per 1/3 slice. Great for sandwiches, great for BLT when you are low carb. I highy recommend.

I appreciate the idea of this bread but my breads were stuck together and I ended up on actually using 1 piece for a pizza I made . The pizza was good & the flavor was good. I wish the packaging was better. For example a separation sheet between the sheets of bread proably would of allowed me to use more than tearing them apart trying.

This has been a life saver if the past few months. I’ve made grilled sandwiches, wraps, pizza and chips with it. I follow the Keto diet so I stay away from carbs and this has been an excellent bread replacement. I buy several packs and keep them in the fridge for weeks without any issues. I’ve tried several wraps and these are the best low carb wraps overall.

I am on a low carbohydrate diet due to diabetes and I use these as a for pizza and they work really well good flavor and they hold up well I’ve also use them to make a roll which I can slice into pieces for sandwiches kind of like a pinwheel roll very tasty and they are exactly what they say they are they freeze really well too!

These is a perfect keto multi-purpose bread! I made a really good flatbread pizza last night using one of these. I preheated my oven to 425 degrees, brushed one entire side of the bread with butter (you can use olive oil too), then baked on parchment paper covered cookie sheet for 4 minutes. I took it out and flipped the the bread so non-buttered side up and buttered that side as well. Then I topped with pesto/garlic mixture, a handful of arugula & spinach salad mix, thinly sliced red onion, sliced grape tomatoes, thin sliced prosciutto, Brie cheese, an Italian cheese blend, pepper, dash of salt and Italian seasoning and baked for about another 3 minutes. I cut with a pizza cutter into about 8 rectangular pieces and it was soooooo good! Can’t wait to play with some other savory and sweet flatbread pizzas.

These are one of my favorite snacks! I make chips out of them after spraying with cooking spray and seasoning with garlic salt and kosher salt, then baking. I have ordered these twice, even though the price is triple what I pay at Walmart. Sometimes I just don’t have time to get to an actual store. The first order was great, very fresh. The second order seemed stale, and was very dry. It made it difficult to cut. I really don’t mind paying the higher price when I’m busy, but it’s frustrating to pay more and not receive a quality product

This product is great. Low carb and fits my macros perfect it tastes good too. I have our peanut butter and jelly and rolled it for a yummy lunch or taco meat cheese etc for a burrito. I cut them in half and eat half at a time.
