how do these connect to a speaker? do u need to buy separate wires and stuff?

It comes with RCA cables. But a lot depends on what equipment you’d like to hook up. Do you have an interface, are you just using a laptop, and what speakers are you planning to connect to it. The subwoofer has a crossover and depending on what you like to connect to it you will need the cables to make those connections.

Can I connect two outputs (rca&1/4) to run at the same time?

There is an input for both RCA and 1/4" speaker plugs, so yes you could connect both at the same time.

Hi getting white noise from my speakers I have the mackie cr-3 studio monitors. Didnt have this with previous sub or without a sub. Help?

I use good quality shielded, balanced TRS cables between a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface, a Mackie CR8S sub, and Mackie CR4-X monitors and have zero hiss. In case you aren't familiar, balanced TRS may look like stereo 1/4", but you still need to use one for each channel. I've had very little luck with RCA connections, so I recommend shielded TRS cables. If that doesn't take care of your hiss, then I would most certainly contact the manufacturer.
