I bought this printer to replace another termal printer that wasn’t working in our food truck. This printer has not disappointed and has been excellent. No issues with connectivity, printing or any other issues. It definitely does the job.

Overall GOOD, just connection issues
It has connection issues or error even it is a wired connection. We just turn it off and on, then it work again.

It is not USA made.
This printer is not USA printer. My printer in not working after 5 months, when i tried to do A warranty claim and called Epson they said it is not USA made, call your seller.
