Will this fit a 30 inch waist?

I have bought 3 s.h.churchhill tie and cummerbund sets now for my son, all are top quality and fit him perfectly. He is a 29 waist. I totally recommend this company for these, i have bought black, red and light blue and they all are the same colors as pictured and very nice for prom.

Not an expert on forensic testing fabrics, but to my untrained eyes, it appears to be silk. No specific indications about materials on the tags that are affixed. Key might be in the cleaning instructions....hand wash, line dry and low temp dry iron if necessary.There is a high probability it is silk.

What is the width/depth? (Not what size waist but how much does it cover top to bottom?)

It is 5 1/2 inches high ... I did not measure the width
