Stops working after some time

Worked well for a while. Purchased for my iPad specifically since it was a slow charge. Started using it for my phone and I feel it charges slower than the normal charger you are given from the phone store. My phone has been plugged in for an hour and it’s at 15%.Charged my iPad and it took almost a full day to get to 70%.Also tried out another device and it seems to be the block.I purchased in 2022 and rarely used it until now. I guess it has a limit on how often you can use the block? It was cheap in price so oh well 👎

It was inconvenient to suddenly be without a functional charger, especially when I needed to charge my phone for important calls or when I was on the go.I reached out to customer service, and while they were responsive and offered a replacement, it was an inconvenience to go through the hassle of returning the faulty charger and waiting for a replacement to arrive. Moreover, I was concerned about the reliability of the replacement charger, given the experience I had with the initial one.In conclusion, while the design and fast charging capabilities of the iPhone charger were initially promising, the fact that it stopped working after only a day of use was a major disappointment.
