I've used quite a few small scissors in my life. These are really disappointing. The blades are really sharp, but they are thin and flimsy. When I try to cut anything, the blades sort of bend around and don't cut. The blades don't seem to fit together properly. They won't cut a hangnail. You have to be careful when you use them around skin, because they will cut too much off (so skin and paper are the only things they work on, sort of).

I had an old pair for 30 years, but they got damaged and rusted. The new pair looked the same but they were slightly larger, The shears were slightly longer and to my delight the handles were larger. It was the sharpest blade ever. Clare MacPherson

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I am not liking these cuticle scissors at all. These points are not thin, not fine, not sharp, nor good cuticle scissors. They looked good in the picture but once I received them, saw them and tried to use them I realized they're definitely not fitting the specs I need and want in a cuticle scissor. Regrettably I returned them.A comment was made that these were more expensive and the buyer was satisfied. I was trying to find a LESS expensive, but still effective product and got what I paid for.I need a fine, thin, sharp blade or my cuticles look like I used hedge clippers on them because the blades on these cheaper brands rip at my cuticles, rather than cutting. I must have weird cuticles or flat out am just a weird person, because I am the only buyer to not be happy with this purchase at all.

Definitely the best nail scissors I've ever had or seen. Not that I buy them often! But it is nice having a sharp pair of scissors that cut easily. When you think about it it may be a high price compared to many, but you only need one pair and it seems like they'd last a lifetime. Within that context, the value for money is actually quite good, so I DO recommend these. After decades of putting up with scissors that were 'okay' but always left me wanting better is not worth it, do yourself a favor and get yourself a pair of these!
