The media could not be loaded. This is amust.. I was scared at first because I do have pointy nails but they weren't an issue. So this was my first time buying this. As I have inserted it already with the method shown below. I have not taken it out yet. I did have to adjust it while it was in so I'm assuming it's going to be easy to take out as well. I hope. Lol I hope this video helps with how to insert. Although there are many ways to fold them. This one is the smallest way of folding, I think. I tried the purple one first because it was a lil bigger because I have a heavy flow and it works and feels like nothing is there. If it's not up there enough, yes you will feel as if it's coming out but you can push up like you would a tampon. Don't get scared if you can't find it. Just squat and push and it will work it's way down then just fold to unseal and it will come out. I recommend not putting it in dry. Wet out side a lil. I sanitized mine fist before putting it in and the condensation was good enough.

I have wanted to try this for a long time but couldn’t mentally get past how to clean the cup. When I saw this cup came with the steam sanitizer I thought hey I’d better give it a shot.I’m never going back to the old way of doing things!1. Not having to buy feminine products is awesome for the budget.2. It feels good to reduce unrecyclable waste.3. Having the steamer with it is invaluable!4. I feel fresh and clean all day. It’s unbelievable!5. It also comes with two cup sizes. Which is great. I tried both and one fits and the other doesn’t. It would have been a real bummer if only one size came with it. What if I didn’t get the right size on the first shot. I probably would have never tried a second one.I definitely recommend this product.

Seriously. Why did it take me so long to try this? I guess it can be pretty intimidating but if you just compare it to the process of putting a tampon in over and over, it’s really not that bad. It’s way better actually. I work in a restaurant and was able to work a busy Saturday night zero problems. I was nervous since it was my first time but holy cow. I’m on my worst day too and zero leaks or issues. I still am experiencing cramps but I have extremely terrible periods. I usually use Tampax pearl ultras but this has no problem. I’ve only used it one day so if I have any issues I’ll update but man. I’m glad I made this change on a whim.

Three stars because the steamer is fantastic, but the smaller cup isn’t leak proof like another brand I used for years and never had leaks while using. I haven’t even tried the larger cup.
