I was so happy that I took the time and read about Dr. Tobias products. I've had stomach issues IBSD since I was 14 and I'm in my 70's now. With suffering for that many years you can imagine how many products I've tried, so needless to say I had just about given up on finding something that really worked. For many years I didn't take anything and just suffered and anyone with that disorder knows how uncomfortable it is. It's prevented me from attending many functions throughout my lifetime plus the pure pain from having it, I was restricted to staying home a lot!Many of the gastrologist I've had throughout my lifetime had prescribed may prescription drugs only for me to suffer from the many side effects, with none of them really helping me. So needless to say I was about to settle with the fact that I just had to suck it up and deal with what I was dealt. Until I accidently ran across Dr. Tobias's products on Amazon. I could hardly believe what I was reading how 99.9 % of the reviews were so positive. So I thought why not take a chance one more time. I am so happy that I did it's been about 2 weeks now and my bloating, gassiness and sharp stomach pains are just about totally gone. My pants are fitting looser and I am SO happy with how much better I feel. My trips to the bathroom have literally dropped in half and I'm sure that will get better in time.Just be patient when starting it for it did take about a week for my body (stomach) to adjust to it and I even took another capsule in the evening just to help with the pains but OMG, the results I felt was within 30 minutes, this is an absolute Miracle Pill and the ingredients must be exactly what I've needed to help me for almost 60 years.I have since ordered Dr. Tobias's Probiotic to replace the one my gastrologist had me taking. I figured if the Probiotic is as good as it is the Prebiotic must be amazing as well. From what I read on it, it also had the benefits I needed. I am looking forward to getting it tomorrow and taking them both to see and feel the results I will have.I will update my review after I have taken them both for about a month. I can hardly wait. First prebiotic I have used, I have to say in combination with the probiotic I am using now which is by lovebug. I feel less bloated feel more active again spend less time in the bathroom than I used too. Feel more like I did before all my bowel and yeast issues started up from all the antibiotics I was on. Which caused C-diff. Then the yeast which which never quite stayed away just kept returning. I get a form of yeast known as candida glabrata which is very hard to kill and it would run rampant through me making me feel very sick and weak affecting my stomach intestines urinary tract and vaginally. Vaginally I was a nightmare and my belly was always bloated and had to run to the bathroom all the time had not gone to the bathroom regularly in years. I also had a lot urinary tract infections. I do use probiotics by lovebug called yeast is the beast, which are a lot stronger than the ones I used to buy from walmart. The combination of Dr. tobias Gutmeister and stronger probiotics have done wonders for my overall system and health I have not had to go on IV meds for the resistant yeast infections. Now that is good news for me because no one wants to be on IV medications for months at a time. Especially when it is so damaging to the kidney and liver. I am also giving the Gut meister to my dog with the Lovebug probiotics since I switched her old regimen out with mine because she suffers from terrible yeast issues in the vagina, groan area and ears, she is finally clear the vet is so impressed. My dog had suffered since she was a puppy with yeast and now she is finally healthy no more yeast. Even that stubborn yeast in her ears is calming down too. I think I have found the perfect match Dr. tobias GutMeister and Lovebug probiotics we are both yeast free and our tummy's feel good too!!

I am impressed and thankful for this product. My bowels are normal now and my hair is growing in. For several years, actually, a little over 2 decades, I have had terrible problems with my bowels such as pain, diarrhea, loose stools, etc. I like to call it, "Butt explosions", because that is what it was like. It would hit everyday, a couple times or more a day and at any time. When it did, I better be near a bathroom! I rarely had a normal BM. My hair has been falling out for probably the same amount of time or longer, but for the past couple years it has gotten so bad, that mostly my scalp was showing instead of hair. So embarrassing and depressing. I even got 2 different biopsies done on my scalp to find out why. They both came back as inflammation being the cause. I do have fibromyalgia, but??? I must explain, in all fairness, that I took these for 1 month, then tried Gutmeister for the next 2 months. Then, to see if it was the Goodgut or the Gutmeister responsible for the bowels or hair, I decided to try the Goodgut for the next 2 months. So I went through another month with the Goodgut and now I started the next bottle of Goodgut, 2 days ago. So far I can say that my bowels are much better with the Goodgut. That I know because it worked within the first week. The Gutmeister worked right away, too, but not as well. As for my hair, I first noticed that, "hey, I'm not seeing so much of my scalp anymore!", as I finished the 3rd month. So was it the Googut or the Gutmeister or both. So this is why I'm giving it one more month to see if there is a significant change at the end of this bottle or the same or thinning again.. (I only wish I had taken before and after pics.) My sister-in-law just dyed my hair this weekend and she was amazed that my hair texture had changed. She said the strands of hair were thicker and stronger feeling. She ordered some for herself, the next day. Even if it doesn't get thick, just having it mostly cover my shiny scalp, is a total blessing. I told my niece, who is a beautician about my hair and she said that it made sense because she had always suspected that I had leaky gut syndrome. With that you don't get many of your nutrients. When you consider my bowel problems, it's probably true. The strange thing is that I rarely take a probiotic. So it's the prebiotic working on it's own. I've decided to start taking a probiotic regularly now and just received my bottle in the mail today. Maybe taking the probiotic will make it even better.So, with all that said, I will get back to you within a couple months as to which one is better for my hair. And I sure hope this can help others with their bowels and especially with their hair. Maybe it's a fluke, but I doubt it. I had received injections in my scalp of cortisone several times and got the same results, but I think this is a lot safer and less painful and cheaper. I tried different kinds of products that you rub into your scalp every night, including minoxidil, with less results than this. Soooooo......you be the judge. I'm convinced. Good luck.
