Can this be used to resurface old kitchen cabinets?

I would not buy it again for any project.Very poor quality. arrived ina roll which was folded and creased making most of it unusable.

It can certainly be applied to a plywood deck on a boat bow. The only issue will be in protecting it with varnish or something similar to protect it from the elements if it is being used outdoors.

no its brown craft paper one layer the veneer is about 3 sheet thick
