I just got the Grillart grill brush with the double metal helix design, and it's completely changed my grilling cleanup! As a new customer to the brand, I'm genuinely impressed, not just with the product, but with their responsive customer service too.The biggest win here is the bristle-free safety. This unique double helix design cleans incredibly well without the worry of loose bristles, which is a huge peace of mind. The brush feels exceptionally sturdy and durable—no more flimsy tools bending after a few uses.Its cleaning power is fantastic. The helix effortlessly removes stubborn grime and burnt-on residue, leaving my grates sparkling in minutes, whether I'm using charcoal or gas. The integrated scraper is also a brilliant touch for those extra-tough spots.Cleaning the brush itself is a breeze, and knowing it's safe is the best part.

This brush has a side with regular bristles, and a side with cable spiral like Kona. It includes a similar uggestion to use the spiral side wet.I have two ceramic grills. The large has a heavy cast iron grate and the small has a thin wire grate.The wire brush side of this device works as well as (or even better) than expected on both grate types. 1-2 strokes over each spot on the hot wire grate, or 2-4 strokes on the hot cast iron grate and all the crud drops into the fire. As the brush is small it works surprisingly better than brushes with a large square head but probably won't last as long.The spiral side is disappointing. A small number of strokes, even when wet, gets few of the clingons to drop from the bottom/lower part of the grate into the fire. A large number of strokes doesn't do much better. It works better on the wire grate than the cast iron grate. It still needs to be finished with a wire brush or a crumpled ball of foil in tongs. The bowl of water gets disgusting and becomes another dish that has to be cleaned. One of the key points of using a charcoal or propane grill is that the mess burns up in the fire instead of making nasty dishes that need to be washed.Thankfully this brush has both sides, and tells me I need to stock up on real brushes (which GrillArt still offers) before they get banned.Pros:- wire side works great- has both wire and spiral side.- The entire work head is metal so its not harmed by super hot grills (unfortunately many are now plastic).Cons:- spiral side very disappointing especially on heavy cast iron grate.If you aren't sure you'll like the spiral brush this is great eval product. If you like it you won't use the bristle side and therefore won't worry about getting bristles in food. If you hate it, you still have a bristle brush that should last a few seasons.

Well built grill brush. The helix side is just okay for cleaning the grill but using the wire brush does the job very well. I usually use the helix side first to knock off the big stuff and then the sire brush side for the final cleaning. The wire bristles are stiff but does get clogged with stuff.

It works ok. There are two sides, which gives options for scrubbing your grill. I have to work harder with this brush than I have had to with a square or rectangular headed brush.

It does a good job cleaning the grill and the stainless steel construction of it is pretty good and I don't think any of it will ever break off

great brush, helix gets in between grates. handle flimsy but so far so good.

It's lasted longer than any girl brush I've ever had.I purchased this brush 2 years ago and I'm coming in to replace it today.Great grill brush.
