Difficult together out of plastic. I sometimes use sissors. A pill punch works. I have used this product for a couple of years for iron deficiency. It helps with no side effects.

Pros:1. You don’t need to taste it as it’s easy to swallow.2. Quality is great and my iron levels seem to be stable.3. I switched from the floradix iron syrup to this after pregnancy to make sure I maintain my levels. Haven’t really tested levels but I feel fine so I assume these work.4. Much more economical than their syrup.Cons:They taste a bit weird if you place it on tongue but this issue is easy to ignore.

From 5% iron to normal this is a miracle i did it in 6 months by my self with this, I was so weak my bed was my best friend now I feel like a super woman. I was using the syrup i didn't like the taste I switched to this .

Good, reliable product, I have taken the liquid before, the liquid may be more potent and quicker absorbed. In the past though, sometimes I don't finish the liquid fast enough and it goes bad on me. So, I've decided on the tablets, since they won't go bad anytime soon. So far so good!

I have been using the Floradix liquid iron for years and thought I would try the tablets as a replacement during travel time. They work okay but obviously not as powerful as the liquid. It also gives me a headache if I take 2 in a day.
